Exer...Ow!!!

In my attempt to whittle my waist into my new swimsuit, I have increased my exercise routine a bit. By increase I mean I went from ten minutes three times a week to twenty minutes every day.

Upon waking up and attempting to move this morning, I realized that my muscles seem to be rebelling against my new routine. Walking, turning, and even sitting brought on small twinges of pain. With a full day of house work ahead, I decided I must power through the twinges and started my day with my workout routine. Thus causing the rest of my day to be one filled with muscles that screamed, "Stop", "No", "You aren't doing that right now".

It is now nearly nine pm and I feel as though I could fall asleep while typing this. My days are almost always jam packed but today, I just can't seem to make it to the end of my day. I won't give up on my goal. Yet at the same time, I must wonder is it worth it?
